For all purchases aboard, please be advised that you may be eligible for Tax & Duties on the value amount from the country you reside in.
We like our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please let us know. You can return your item in its original unworn condition and in the original boxes if appropriate we will arrange for a refund or replacement. Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or the wrong item is sent.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please include the original invoice together with any returned goods, with a note stating the reason for return.
Please ensure that you wrap the package securely.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a recorded delivery service and satisfy yourself as to the insurance arrangement as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
Please note that UK Royal Mail recorded delivery/registered post only covers losses up to £28, unless you take out additional insurance.
Complaints and Refunds Procedure
All queries should be emailed to us via our contact email@example.com and are generally dealt with within 48 hours. If we need to investigate your query further we will advise you.

We offer a 14 day return policy for items bought on our website. The item(s) must not have been worn or have any defects in any way. Item(s) must be in the same condition it was when purchased.
We do not offer a return for items that are made to order or on sale.
If you have questions about a particular piece before purchasing, please email us and we will answer any questions you may have.
Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for any return including for store credit or an exchange.
To initiate a return, please print out and fill in our return form and include it in your package. Please remember to include your original receipt.
Please allow 5 – 7 days to process and refund your return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. We require shipping all items through an insured and trackable method of shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels and we cannot issue a refund if your order is lost or damaged when it is being returned to us.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
